## What is it?

The Dart analysis server, used by VS Code, Android Studio and IntelliJ for Dart and Flutter code, caches analysis results in `~/.dartServer`. It grows with the number of projects and SDK versions you work with. Typically hundreds of MB to a few GB.

## What happens if you delete it?

The analysis server rebuilds its cache when you next open a Dart or Flutter project; code completion and errors may take a little longer to appear at first.

## How to remove it properly

Quit your editors, then move the folder to the Trash in Finder (Go › Go to Folder… `~/.dartServer`).
