# Get a refund for MoreRoom Pro

> MoreRoom Pro has a 30-day refund, no questions asked, for a first purchase or a yearly renewal. How to ask, how long it takes and what happens to Pro.

## In short

- Within 30 days of a purchase or of a yearly renewal, you can get a full refund, for any reason.
- Write to us from the email you used at checkout. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
- A refunded Pro Lifetime licence stops working. For Pro Yearly, the subscription is cancelled and Pro ends at the latest at the end of the current period.

## How to ask for a refund

1. **Write to us.** Use the contact form with the topic Licence & purchase, or reply to your licence email, from the address you used at checkout.
2. **Say what to refund.** Ask for a refund. You don’t need to give a reason; your purchase email is enough for us to find the payment.
3. **Wait for the confirmation.** We confirm by email. The money appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

## Our refund policy

**30 days, no questions asked.** If MoreRoom Pro isn’t right for you, write to us within 30 days of your purchase — or of a yearly renewal — and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

## What happens to Pro

- **Pro Lifetime**: the licence is revoked, and Pro stops on your Macs the next time MoreRoom checks its activation online.
- **Pro Yearly**: the subscription is cancelled and Pro ends at the latest at the end of the current period.

Either way, MoreRoom goes back to Free. Nothing on your Mac is removed, and items you freed stay freed.

## In the EU, the EEA and the UK

Our 30-day refund comes in addition to — and lasts longer than — the 14-day withdrawal period of consumer law, which you can still use where it applies. Nothing in our policy limits your statutory rights.
