Bisakah MoreRoom menghapus sesuatu yang penting?
MoreRoom tidak pernah menghapus apa pun dengan sendirinya. Anda yang memilih setiap item, item itu masuk ke Tong Sampah terlebih dahulu, dan Anda bisa mengurungkannya. Item yang mungkin berisi hal penting diberi label “Tinjau dulu”, dan item berlabel “Data Anda” sama sekali tidak bisa dihapus dari MoreRoom.
Mengapa MoreRoom memerlukan Akses Disk Penuh?
macOS menyembunyikan beberapa folder — Mail, Pesan, Foto, Desktop, Dokumen, Unduhan, dan data app lain — dari semua app kecuali Anda mengizinkannya. Dengan Akses Disk Penuh, MoreRoom dapat mengukurnya; MoreRoom tidak pernah mengunggah atau mengubah file Anda. Aktifkan di Pengaturan Sistem › Privasi & Keamanan › Akses Disk Penuh, atau pindai tanpanya: folder yang dilindungi akan dilewati.
Saya sudah menghapus file, tapi ruang kosong tidak berubah. Mengapa?
Item di Tong Sampah tetap memakan ruang sampai Anda mengosongkannya. Sebuah app juga bisa tetap membuka file yang sudah dihapus: MoreRoom menunjukkan “ruang hantu” ini dan app mana yang perlu ditutup. Snapshot lokal Time Machine juga dapat menyimpan data yang dihapus untuk sementara.
Mengapa angka di MoreRoom berbeda dengan di Finder?
Finder menghitung ruang yang dapat dibersihkan — cache dan snapshot yang dapat dihapus macOS sendiri — sebagai ruang tersedia. MoreRoom menampilkannya terpisah, mengukur ruang yang benar-benar dipakai file di disk, dan menjelaskan sisa Data Sistem. Seperti Finder, MoreRoom memakai satuan desimal: 1 GB adalah 1.000.000.000 byte.
Bagaimana cara mengurungkan atau memulihkan sesuatu yang saya hapus?
Tekan ⌘Z atau klik Urungkan pada pesan yang mengonfirmasi penghapusan. Penghapusan sebelumnya ada di Riwayat, di bar samping: klik Pulihkan. Item yang dihapus oleh alatnya sendiri, yang ditandai “Permanen”, tidak dapat dipulihkan.
Apa beda Gratis dan Pro?
Versi Gratis memindai seluruh Mac Anda, menjelaskan semuanya, menyertakan Prakiraan Penyimpanan, widget, peringatan, dan ruang hantu, serta memungkinkan Anda menghapus item dan menghapus instalan app satu per satu. Pro mengosongkan ruang sekaligus: Pengumpul, “Tambahkan Semua Item Aman”, mode target, hibernasi proyek, dan seluruh drive cloud sekaligus.
Bagaimana cara mengaktifkan kunci lisensi saya?
Di MoreRoom, pilih MoreRoom › Pengaturan, buka tab Lisensi, lalu klik Masukkan Kunci Lisensi… (atau klik lencana PRO mana pun). Tempel kunci dari email Anda — diawali MR- — lalu klik Aktifkan. Mac harus terhubung ke internet.
Saya kehilangan kunci lisensi. Apa yang harus saya lakukan?
Masukkan email pembelian Anda di halaman pemulihan lisensi, dan kami akan mengirimkan kunci baru dalam beberapa menit. Kunci baru menggantikan yang lama, dan Mac yang sudah diaktifkan tetap berfungsi.
Berapa banyak Mac yang bisa saya pakai, dan bagaimana cara pindah ke Mac baru?

Bagaimana cara membatalkan Pro Tahunan?
Kapan saja, lewat tautan di email tanda terima Anda atau dengan menulis kepada kami. Pro tetap aktif hingga akhir tahun yang sudah dibayar; setelah itu MoreRoom kembali ke versi Gratis dan tidak ada yang hilang di Mac Anda.
Bisakah saya mendapatkan pengembalian dana?
Bisa. Dalam 30 hari setelah pembelian atau perpanjangan tahunan, dengan alasan apa pun: tulis kepada kami dari email yang Anda gunakan, dan kami mengembalikan seluruh jumlahnya. Dana biasanya muncul dalam 5 hingga 10 hari kerja.
Apakah MoreRoom mengunggah file saya?

Jika Anda memakai Pro, klik dulu Nonaktifkan Mac Ini di Pengaturan › Lisensi. Keluar dari MoreRoom, seret dari Aplikasi ke Tong Sampah, lalu hapus beberapa file yang disimpannya di Perpustakaan Anda, yang tercantum langkah demi langkah di artikel.
