Môže MoreRoom vymazať niečo dôležité?
MoreRoom nikdy nič neodstráni sám. Každú položku vyberáte vy, najprv ide do koša a krok môžete odvolať. Položky, ktoré môžu obsahovať niečo, na čom vám záleží, sú označené „Najprv skontrolovať“ a položky označené „Vaše dáta“ sa z MoreRoom odstrániť vôbec nedajú.
Prečo MoreRoom potrebuje úplný prístup k disku?
macOS skrýva niektoré priečinky — Mail, Správy, Fotky, Plochu, Dokumenty, Stiahnuté súbory a dáta iných aplikácií — pred každou aplikáciou, kým to nepovolíte. S úplným prístupom k disku ich MoreRoom dokáže zmerať; vaše súbory nikdy neodosiela ani nemení. Zapnete ho v Systémových nastaveniach › Súkromie a bezpečnosť › Úplný prístup k disku. Môžete aj skenovať bez neho: chránené priečinky sa potom preskočia.
Vymazal(a) som súbory, ale voľného miesta nepribudlo. Prečo?
Položky v koši zaberajú miesto, kým kôš nevyprázdnite. Aplikácia môže mať vymazané súbory aj stále otvorené: MoreRoom toto „prízračné miesto“ zobrazí spolu s aplikáciou, ktorú treba ukončiť. Vymazané dáta môžu istý čas držať aj lokálne snímky Time Machine.
Prečo sa čísla v MoreRoom líšia od Findera?
Finder započítava uvoľniteľné miesto — vyrovnávacie pamäte a snímky, ktoré macOS dokáže vymazať sám — ako dostupné. MoreRoom ho zobrazuje zvlášť, meria, koľko súbory naozaj zaberajú na disku, a vysvetľuje zvyšok Systémových dát. Rovnako ako Finder používa desiatkové jednotky: 1 GB je 1 000 000 000 bajtov.
Ako odvolám alebo obnovím niečo, čo som odstránil(a)?
Stlačte ⌘Z alebo kliknite na Odvolať v správe, ktorá odstránenie potvrdzuje. Staršie odstránenia nájdete v Histórii na bočnom paneli: kliknite na Obnoviť. Položky odstránené ich vlastným nástrojom, označené „Trvalé“, sa obnoviť nedajú.
Aký je rozdiel medzi verziou zadarmo a Pro?
Verzia zadarmo prehľadá celý váš Mac, všetko vysvetlí, obsahuje Počasie na disku, widget, upozornenia a prízračné miesto a umožní vám odstraňovať položky a odinštalovať aplikácie jednu po druhej. Pro uvoľní miesto naraz: Zberač, „Pridať všetky bezpečné položky“, režim cieľa, hibernácia projektov a celé cloudové disky naraz.
Ako aktivujem licenčný kľúč?
V MoreRoom zvoľte MoreRoom › Nastavenia, otvorte kartu Licencia a kliknite na Zadať licenčný kľúč… (alebo na ktorýkoľvek štítok PRO). Vložte kľúč z e-mailu — začína sa na MR- — a kliknite na Aktivovať. Mac musí byť pritom pripojený na internet.
Stratil(a) som licenčný kľúč. Čo môžem urobiť?
Na stránke obnovenia licencie zadajte e-mail z nákupu a do pár minút vám pošleme nový kľúč. Nahradí starý kľúč a už aktivované Macy budú fungovať ďalej.
Na koľkých Macoch môžem MoreRoom používať a ako prejdem na nový Mac?
Jedna licencia funguje až na 3 Macoch. Aktivujte kľúč na novom Macu. Ak MoreRoom hlási, že licencia sa už používa na maximálnom počte Macov, na Macu, ktorý už nepoužívate, otvorte Nastavenia › Licencia a kliknite na Deaktivovať tento Mac, alebo nám napíšte a miesto uvoľníme my.
Ako zruším Pro ročný?
Kedykoľvek, cez odkaz v e-maile s potvrdením platby alebo tak, že nám napíšete. Pro zostane aktívny do konca zaplateného roka; potom sa MoreRoom vráti na verziu zadarmo a na vašom Macu sa nič nestratí.
Môžem dostať peniaze späť?
Áno. Do 30 dní od nákupu alebo ročného obnovenia, z akéhokoľvek dôvodu: napíšte nám z e-mailu, ktorý ste použili, a vrátime vám celú sumu. Peniaze sa zvyčajne vrátia do 5 až 10 pracovných dní.
Odosiela MoreRoom moje súbory?
Nie. Skenovanie prebieha výhradne na vašom Macu a názvy, cesty ani obsah súborov ho nikdy neopustia. MoreRoom sa pripája na internet iba pri aktivácii a obnovení licencie Pro, pri sťahovaní podpísaných aktualizácií pravidiel a pri kontrole nových verzií.
Ako pridám widget MoreRoom na plochu?
Raz otvorte MoreRoom. Potom so stlačeným klávesom Control kliknite na plochu, vyberte Upraviť widgety…, vyhľadajte MoreRoom a presuňte malý alebo stredný widget na plochu.
Ako úplne odinštalujem MoreRoom?
Ak používate Pro, najprv kliknite na Deaktivovať tento Mac v Nastaveniach › Licencia. Ukončite MoreRoom, presuňte ho z priečinka Aplikácie do koša a potom vymažte niekoľko súborov, ktoré si uchováva vo vašej Knižnici — článok ich uvádza krok za krokom.
