MoreRoom 會刪掉重要的東西嗎？
MoreRoom 從不擅自移除任何東西。每個項目都由你選擇，會先丟到垃圾桶，而且可以還原。可能含有你在意內容的項目會標示為「先檢查」，而標示為「你的資料」的項目則完全無法從 MoreRoom 移除。
為什麼 MoreRoom 需要完整磁碟取用權？
除非你允許，否則 macOS 會對所有 App 隱藏部分資料夾，包括郵件、訊息、照片、桌面、文件、下載項目和其他 App 的資料。有了完整磁碟取用權，MoreRoom 就能計算它們的大小；它從不上傳或更改你的檔案。你可以在「系統設定」›「隱私權與安全性」›「完整磁碟取用權」中開啟，也可以不授權直接掃描：受保護的資料夾會被略過。
我刪除了檔案，可用空間卻沒有變化。為什麼？
垃圾桶中的項目在清空垃圾桶之前仍會占用空間。某個 App 也可能仍開著已刪除的檔案：MoreRoom 會顯示這些「幽靈空間」以及需要結束的 App。時光機的本機快照也可能會暫時保留已刪除的資料。
為什麼 MoreRoom 的數字和 Finder 不一樣？
Finder 會把可清除空間（macOS 可以自行刪除的快取和快照）算作可用空間。MoreRoom 會另外顯示這部分，測量檔案在磁碟上實際占用的空間，並說明「系統資料」中的其餘部分。和 Finder 一樣，它使用十進位單位：1 GB 等於 1,000,000,000（10 億）位元組。
如何還原或回復已移除的項目？
按下 ⌘Z，或在確認移除的訊息中按一下「還原」。較早移除的項目在側邊欄的「歷史記錄」中：按一下「回復」即可。由其專用工具移除、標示為「永久刪除」的項目無法回復。
免費版和 Pro 有什麼不同？
免費版可以掃描整台 Mac、說明一切，包含儲存空間天氣、小工具、提醒和幽靈空間，並讓你逐項移除項目、逐一解除安裝 App。Pro 能一次釋放大量空間：收集器、「加入所有安全項目」、目標模式、專案休眠，以及一次處理整個雲端硬碟。

隨時都可以，按一下收據電子郵件中的連結或寫信給我們即可。Pro 會持續有效，直到你已付費的這一年結束；之後 MoreRoom 會回到免費版，你 Mac 上的任何內容都不會遺失。
可以退款嗎？
可以。購買或年度續訂後 30 天內，無論任何原因：用你購買時使用的電子郵件寫信給我們，我們會全額退款。退款通常會在 5 到 10 個工作天內入帳。
MoreRoom 會上傳我的檔案嗎？
不會。掃描完全在你的 Mac 上進行，檔案名稱、路徑和內容絕不會離開你的 Mac。MoreRoom 只會在啟用和續訂 Pro 授權、下載經過簽署的規則更新，以及檢查新版本時連上網路。
