Bolehkah MoreRoom memadam sesuatu yang penting?

Bagaimana untuk mengaktifkan kunci lesen saya?
Dalam MoreRoom, pilih MoreRoom › Seting, buka tab Lesen dan klik Masukkan Kunci Lesen… (atau klik mana-mana lencana PRO). Tampal kunci daripada e-mel anda — ia bermula dengan MR- — dan klik Aktifkan. Mac perlu bersambung ke internet.
Saya kehilangan kunci lesen. Apa yang perlu saya buat?
